For more than seventeen years, Josh Reyna served in trusted roles for members of the Texas House and Senate, including Chief of Staff and General Counsel to sitting legislators. He has advised members of the most consequential committees in the building: Senate Finance, the Sunset Advisory Commission, the Legislative Budget Board, Business & Commerce, Natural Resources, Water, Agriculture and Rural Affairs, and Economic Development. He works across party lines, has helped move hundreds of bills to the Governor’s desk, and played a direct role in securing billions in state funding for Texas communities.

As a credentialed mediator, Josh Reyna brings an advocate’s instinct for value and a counselor’s patience for the human side of every dispute. He carries 12+ years of mediation experience with formal ADR training from the Center for Public Policy Dispute Resolution at the University of Texas School of Law and the LBJ School of Public Affairs. He knows how opposing parties value a case and what moves parties with competing interests toward settlement. That perspective makes him a rare neutral. When Josh sits at the head of the table, matters reach a resolution all parties can live with.

Public sector dispute resolution: Administrative and regulatory disputes are where this practice stands apart.
